That's it?

PART 1

That moment when we long for more.

Do you know that feeling? At some point, this question inevitably arises.

Perhaps after years of being at home, supporting your partner and raising children. Or maybe after years of doing the same job, you find yourself asking,

"Is this it?"

The initial spark has faded, routine has set in, and boredom kicks in. You start to dream: of emigrating, of grand travels, or you watch in admiration those who live an "out-of-the-box" life, thinking, "If only I could do that..."

You hold the key!

The fact is: You can change your life! Because you alone are responsible for your own decisions. And by that, I don't mean selfishly abandoning everything to pursue your own path. No, I'm talking about actively and consciously seeking out different life patterns – ideally together with your family. It's about not waiting until the last minute, until you're completely exhausted and forced into a "sudden overhaul."

In my over 20 years of experience as a Transitional - Mind & Body Coach, especially for women,

I've had the privilege of guiding many on their journey to a more fulfilling life.

They've realized their dreams or simply changed direction.

The result?

They not only feel better about it, but they're also healthier. Because negative emotions and continuous dissatisfaction can significantly impact our health.

PART 2

The Crucial Link Between Your Mind, Body, and Well-being

Your Well-being Matters Most – Because You Do

The truth is:

you are the most important person in your life!

This isn't selfish; it's a fundamental truth for a healthy, fulfilling existence.

When you're stuck, unhappy, and stressed for prolonged periods, it inevitably reflects in your physical health.

Often, people find themselves visiting doctors with mysterious aches and pains, a pervasive discomfort that, if ignored, can become chronic.

They're seeking a solution for physical symptoms, unaware that the root cause might lie much deeper.

And often, they end up with a diagnosis like:  "you need to learn to live with it,"

accompanied by a bag full of medication. Really?

Have you ever tried to second-guess that diagnosis and look for another doctor, one with a holistic approach, for example? A lot of how we feel is about our mindset; your body acts the way you think.

Never underestimate the power of the mind!

The truth is,

you are the most important person in your life.

This isn't selfish; it's a fundamental truth for a healthy, fulfilling existence.

When you're stuck, unhappy, and stressed for prolonged periods, it inevitably reflects in your physical health.

Often, people find themselves visiting doctors with mysterious aches and pains, a pervasive discomfort that,

if ignored, can become chronic.

They're seeking a solution for physical symptoms, unaware that the root cause might lie much deeper.

I was one of those people.

The Wake-Up Call My Body Sent

One early morning, I tried to get out of bed, but my body simply wouldn't respond. The only thing I could do was scream for my son's help. This terrifying ordeal lasted over an hour before my body slowly began to respond again.

I ended up in the emergency room.

By sheer luck, the doctor on duty was a cardiologist and generalist with a holistic approach.

After a complete check-up, he returned with a profound diagnosis:

"You are completely healthy, but all your vitals are down."

Instead of prescribing medication, he prescribed a sick leave and gently held both my hands

and squeezed them slightly. It was like a flash of energy went through my entire body, releasing something deeply held. I simply cried. It was the first time I had truly cried in a very long time, having convinced myself I had to solve every problem on my own.

The doctor's simple words resonated deep within me:

"You can't fix everything. Life isn't a project you have to be successful in.

Think about what it's time to let go of, because this was a signal from your body. Next time, it might be worse."

He saved my life. My eyes were wide open, and the sheer terror of what had just happened forced me to see clearly. All of a sudden, I was able to make a decision that changed everything for the better.

Your Body Speaks – Are You Listening?

My experience was a visceral reminder that our mind and body are intricately connected.

Ignoring the signals of stress, unhappiness, and emotional burden can have severe physical consequences.

Your body is constantly communicating with you.

Are you listening to its whispers before it has to shout?

Prioritising your well-being isn't a luxury; it's a necessity!

It's about recognizing that your life isn't just a series of tasks to complete or problems to solve.

It's a journey of growth, resilience, and self-discovery.

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just know deep down that "there has to be more,"

I encourage you to pause and listen to your own body's signals.

It might just be telling you it's time for a different path.

Chronic Pain is caused by repressed emotions in the unconscious mind.

According to Sarno, TMS (Tension Myositis Syndrome  or Mind-Body Syndrome) is a condition in which unconscious emotional issues (primarily rage, and other subconscious emotional issues such as anxiety, past trauma,, fear, stress, etc.) initiate a process that causes physical pain and other symptoms.
